SUMMARY:
Temp Internal Auditors needed.

POSITION INFO:
A small, well-established accounting firm is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to step in on a short-term contract and provide immediate impact. If you’re confident in leading audits independently, thrive in hands-on environments, and enjoy working closely with business owners, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and execute full audit cycles from planning to final reporting
Review financial statements, working papers, and compliance with relevant standards
Identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where needed
Engage directly with clients to ensure a smooth and professional audit process

What We’re Looking For:

Proven senior-level audit experience within public practice
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
Ability to manage audits independently in a fast-paced, small-firm environment
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and professional judgement
Available immediately for a 2-month contract
