Job Title: Internal Auditor & Compliance Intern

Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor & Compliance Intern to support the organisation’s internal audit and compliance functions on a 1-year fixed-term internship. The intern will work closely with the Senior Internal Auditor, gaining practical exposure to auditing, risk management, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing internal audit and compliance activities

• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes

• Support compliance monitoring and adherence to internal policies and regulations

• Prepare audit and compliance work papers and reports under supervision

• Assist in identifying control weaknesses and suggesting improvements

• Support follow-ups on audit and compliance recommendations

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Internal Auditing, Auditing, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related equivalent qualification

• Basic understanding of internal audit and compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical and report-writing skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• High attention to detail and ethical conduct
