POSITION INFO:
ENVIRONMENT: BE responsible for the successful design and implementation of specialised IT audits, aligned with the IT Audit Plan as the next IT Auditor sought by a dynamic Security Solutions provider in Centurion. You will focus on evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of IT general controls, technology governance, Cybersecurity practices, system implementations, and data-driven controls to support organisational objectives, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. NQF 7; Valid Membership of ISACA & be CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – Registered. You also require 7 years’ relevant experience in IT auditing, IT risk, internal audit, or related assurance roles including at least 2 years’ experience with data analytics.   DUTIES: IT Audit Planning and Risk Assessment. Data Analytics and IT Audit Operations. Learning and Development. Stakeholder Influence. Governance and Compliance.   REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. NQF 7. Valid Membership of ISACA. CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – Registered.   Experience\/Skills – At least 7 years’ relevant experience in IT auditing, IT risk, internal audit, or related assurance roles. Must include at least 2 years’ experience with data analytics. Working knowledge and exposure to IT risk assessment methodologies. Working knowledge and exposure to COBIT, NIST, and ISO-related standards as well as Cybersecurity principles and emerging cyber risks.   Desirable: Exposure to data analytics platforms, particularly Alteryx. Experience in continuous auditing or continuous control monitoring. Experience in system implementations or technology projects.
