POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements
Analyze and document business processes
Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood
Conduct testing and assist with implementation

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Telco and Information Technology sectors
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
