SUMMARY:
Gauteng or Western Cape needs a Manager will lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of service management policies and processes covering such areas as Change, Incident, Problem, Service requests and Service life-cycle Management

POSITION INFO:
Gauteng or Western Cape needs a Manager will lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of service management policies and processes covering such areas as Change, Incident, Problem, Service requests and Service life-cycle Management

10 years’ + experience in an IT-related position.
6+ years in IT Operations management in a Service Management environment.
Solid understanding of and expertise in the following: Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Service Management, Service Delivery.
ITSM or relevant aligned certifications will be beneficial (i.e. ITIL).
