SUMMARY:
We're looking for a skilled IT Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from troubleshooting hardware/software issues to supporting network infrastructure and maintaining IT assets.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or higher
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft certifications)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or help desk roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Code 8 driver's license
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
