SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a IT Data Support Technician to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Education:
  A degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
  At least 2 years of experience as an IT support technician, with a focus on data systems or manufacturing environments.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Technical Skills:
  Knowledge of data management software, IT troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve technical issues.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

• Technical Support:
  Provide IT support for data management systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving them efficiently.
• Data System Maintenance:
  Maintain and update data systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
  Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand their data needs and implement solutions that improve data workflows.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Document IT issues, solutions, and system updates, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Training and User Support:
  Offer technical training and support to internal users, ensuring they can effectively use data systems.
