Our client is an international Company looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer, with knowledge and experience with NTFS, DFS, DNS, DHCP and GPO.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT

START DATE: ASAP

DUTIES include but not limited to:

Manage complex issues to promote satisfactory problem resolutions
Contribute to the smooth running of the contact centre
Deal with both internal and external clients
Ensure all contact centre agents have access to network systems, applications and services
Respond to user requests for support in a timely fashion
Create and automate deployment of PC builds
Support / configure Avaya Telephony products
Troubleshoot / deal with issues regarding TCP / IP internet networking technologies
Maintain the working desktop environment to an agreed standard
Undertake minor repairs to equipment

Needed:

Project planning and management skills
Experience using KACE auditing and patching software
Strong pc literacy and skills (CompTIA, A+ or MCSE / MCP)
