The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with an industry-relevant IT qualification. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, who is highly organized, eager to learn new technologies, and able to solve problems effectively to optimize performance and meet both technical and business requirements. REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in SQL
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Industry-relevant qualification in IT
Exceptional communication skills
Highly organized, with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies
Competent problem-solver with the ability to develop solutions that optimize performance and meet both technical and business needs

DUTIES:

Write complex SQL reports
Set up and maintain correspondence templates in Excel
Develop a deep understanding of the OWLS system and its configuration
Test system changes thoroughly to ensure functionality and accuracy

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
