JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking IT Hardware Asset Management Administrator for a 12 month contract position.
The role overall is to perform Hardware Asset Management (HAM) activities to increase the value derived from all hardware assets by ensuring traceability and accountability of all assets throughout their lifecycle, from requisition through to acquisition, deployment, tracking, and disposition.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications

IT Certificate (an IT degree is preferable)
Certification within at least one of the IAITAM certification(s) (CAMP, CHAMP)
ITIL certification

Experience

Sound understanding of Hardware Asset Management best practices
Experience managing and tracking hardware assets
Experience with asset management toolsets (e.g. CA Asset Management, SMAX Asset Management)
