At APP we provide managed services for end user computing, ICT resourcing, project management and consultation with some of the biggest companies in South Africa, across multiple industries and verticals. We are offering an IT Internship opportunity in a fast-paced environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job description

Building PC’s and installing Software.
Performing email setup.
Backing up of laptops/ Desktops.
Setting up Networks.
Troubleshooting hardware and software.
Placing profile-built PCs with scheduled End-users.
Handing over of the new PC.
Performing final End-user configurations and orientation.
Ensuring that the End-user can login to PC.
Setting up of printer connections.
Ensuring End-user can connect to all designated business systems.
Ensuring that all End-user data is available.
Performing any other required functional configurations.
Getting End-user signoff form (against checklist).
Collecting the old PC, and check-in to designated stores / storage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

National Diploma in IT
2 years relevant experience in building PC’s
Comfortable with working shifts and overtime
Vaccination certificate
