SUMMARY:
Seeking an IT Manager in the Trading sector for a business based in Johannesburg (office-based role). Required: 5+ years IT management experience and leading ERP, cybersecurity, and vendor projects.

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Degree preferred)
• Relevant certifications beneficial (CISSP, PMP, and ITIL)

• 5+ years’ experience in an IT management role, preferably in the trading or financial services sector
• Strong technical expertise in:

  • Systems administration
  • Cybersecurity
• Experience managing enterprise systems:
  
  • ERP
  • WMS
  • CRM
  • Trading platforms
• Proven track record in IT project delivery on time and within budget
• Familiarity with IT compliance, vendor management, and end-user support

• IT Infrastructure & Support:
  • Oversee networks, servers, storage, and telecom systems
  • Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security

• Systems Administration:
  • Manage ERP, WMS, CRM, and trading platforms
  • Implement best practices for uptime, monitoring, and performance
  • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Cybersecurity & Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
  • Execute mandated controls from divisional offices
  • Conduct and respond to internal/external IT audits
  • Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs
• Strategic IT Leadership:
  • Align IT strategy with business goals
