A fast-paced express courier and logistics leader is on the hunt for an IT Manager to power and scale its national operations.

POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:

• Own the planning, delivery, and ongoing management of secure, reliable IT systems across South Africa
• Lead the local IT team while managing vendors, projects, and IT operations
• Ensure cost-effective, compliant IT services that support business goals

• Ensure stable, high-availability IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms
• Own IT service management, performance monitoring, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• Lead infrastructure, application, and cloud environments with a focus on standardisation and modernisation
• Drive cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance (including POPIA and internal controls)
• Deliver IT strategy and projects aligned to business objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Lead the local IT team while managing vendors, contracts, and IT financials

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7–10 years’ IT experience, including 3–5 years in an IT management or lead role
• Strong hands-on experience across infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and user support
• Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and IT budgets
