An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure & Facilities to take ownership of a large, complex technology environment supporting a workforce of more than 3,000 professionals. This role offers the chance to lead critical infrastructure, security, service delivery, hardware management, and facilities operations while driving the future direction of a growing organisation's technology landscape.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of the organisation's IT environment while also overseeing facilities management across multiple sites. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with operational execution and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact on business performance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, Hardware Support, Security, and IT Governance functions. Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of technology services supporting approximately 3,000 end users. Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and future growth plans. Drive best practices in security, risk management, policy development, and compliance. Oversee facilities and building operations, including maintenance, renovations, vendor management, and workplace services. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT support and facilities professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery and value. Support expansion initiatives by implementing scalable technology and operational solutions across multiple locations. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 10 years' experience within IT Infrastructure, Hardware Support, and Desktop Support environments. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft technology ecosystems. Strong track record of leading and developing technical teams in complex environments. Experience supporting large user bases within multi-site operations. Solid background in IT security, governance, operational controls, and policy management. Exposure to international or geographically dispersed infrastructure environments will be advantageous. Experience overseeing facilities management and workplace operations is highly desirable.
