POSITION INFO:

In this role you be responsible for leading large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

You will also monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, whilst making recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years management or team lead experience

Experience managing IT infrastructure and support with BPO or Call Centre

Experience in Server Management VMware and Hyper-V

Skilled in Windows and Linux O/S

Solid networking experience

Qualification:

Network Integration Specialist Diploma

CCNA

MCSA
