SUMMARY:
IT Operations manager who will be managing 3 teams within the infrastructure space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT Infrastructure (Servers, networks), ensuring the support team which involves technical queries.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT operational teams, driving performance and alignment with business goals.
Oversee daily operations, service level adherence, and delivery excellence.
Mentor, coach, and upskill team members to build capability and growth.
Design and implement processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenue.
Apply broad IT operational knowledge to ensure effective collaboration across diverse teams.

Education:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
Min 5 years experience in similar IT operations
Proven experience and success in managing of teams
Expertise in developing IT policies, managing technical and facilities teams
