Our corporate listed company based in Rosebank seeks your minimum 5 years experience as an IT project manager .

Qualifications

Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in relevant discipline or 5+ Years continuous experience in the Role.
Fluent in English

Knowledge

Experience in taking products to market is essentials.
General Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Experience in a telecommunications environment is advantageous but not essential

Training

Certification in - Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
o Agile certification

Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Minimum of 5 years managing system development lifecycle projects using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies
Working in software or systems development
Supervising project teams
Working in a medium to large organization

The successful applicant must have:

Business knowledge – software (backend, middleware, frontend, website, POS, ATM, Mobile app)
Experience in taking products to market is essentials.
General Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Experience in a telecommunications environment is advantageous but not essential
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
Manages key clients projects
