IT Project Manager

We are offering a position to an experienced IT Project Manager to harness their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining Project Management Plans, Project documents and implementing works accordingly.
• Driving implementation of ISO90001 and ensure ISO certification for the company is achieved.
• Managing process mapping.
• Coordinating the work of multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensuring that project deliverables are met.
• Updating daily project logs.
• Facilitate project and resource planning.
• Define processes, ensuring documentation, reporting, controls and governance are adhered to.
• Directing and managing projects from beginning to end in accordance with the method and governance set out by Project Lifecycle.
• Defining project success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Identifying project goals and priorities with management.
• Preparing project reporting as required in terms of Project governance.
• Preparing business cases in accordance with funding requirements and identified project benefits, according to the stage funding requirements of the project.
• Compiling a complete an accurate estimate of a project; manage the financial and schedule aspects of the project: budgeting, estimate to actual variance, etc.
• Preparing project plans and obtaining management approval and reporting on progress to plan, cost reporting, and change control and analysing the actual performance against the plan and making adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
• Analysing company performance and compliance in all contracts and developing solutions to all issues.
• Projects/Contracts monitoring and controlling and performance reporting.

Experience:

3 to 5 years relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.

Qualification:

Project Management Qualification such as Prince2 or PMP
