POSITION INFO:

IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is responsible for executing the technology strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will drive IT infrastructure projects, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions to support the companies’ global operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Assist with digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and processes.
• Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud environments.
• Optimize network architecture to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place with the right tools leveraged.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and gambling industry regulations.
• Assist with conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Assist with the integration and optimization of enterprise IT systems, including betting platforms, payment gateways, and CRM tools.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between systems to support business operations.
• Work to assist in creating a high-performing IT team with a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Stay within the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on technology.
• Enforce IT governance frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.

Experience and Skills

• Degree in IS, Computer Science, or similar. Project Management diploma desirable.
• Proven track record and experience similar IT environments.
• Experience in digital transformation.
• Gaming or Fintech industry preferred.
• Strong IT Project Management skills.
• Strong communication and problem solving.
• Diplomatic attitude and must be immediately available
