SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an IT Sales External to liaise with Clients, Chief Brand Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Admin Manager, Consultant Manager, Operations and Support Manager, Product Development Manager. Must have thorough knowledge of the workings of the different Industry Sectors and become a Subject Matter Expert on relevant topics e.g. Micro Financing, The National Credit Act, National Payments System, Insurance Industry, Debt Collection Industry, Retail Industry, Services etc.

Introduction:
Our client is looking for an IT Sales External to liaise with Clients, Chief Brand Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Admin Manager, Consultant Manager, Operations and Support Manager, Product Development Manager. Main purpose:

• Conducting Sales Presentations in line with Client’s sales methodologies
• Install and Train clients on all products and services offered by Client
• Follow all procedures relating to the “Sales and Customer Care Department”
• Focus on Client service and ensure all interaction with clients is conducted in an efficient and professional manager
• Increase the amount of transactions being processed by clients, by selling benefits of Client’s systems, support and training on Client’s products.
• Perform all Job functions in line and according to the Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Department

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 100% Bilingual (English and Afrikaans – other Official Languages is an advantage)
• Strong Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Hardware (A+ or similar is an advantage)
• 3-4 Years direct Sales experience
• Valid and unincumbered Drivers Licence
