POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: Join a dynamic technology environment where security is at the forefront of business operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple client environments, investigating security incidents, monitoring threats, and implementing proactive security measures that reduce risk and improve resilience. You will collaborate with engineers, leadership teams, and technology partners while gaining exposure to modern security operations, vulnerability management, threat detection, cloud security, and incident response. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse network traffic, endpoint activity, logs, and security alerts for suspicious behaviour Investigate, contain, and respond to security incidents and breaches Perform threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and remediation tracking Conduct risk assessments and identify security gaps across environments Support and optimise security tooling and security operations processes Produce clear incident reports, root cause analyses, and remediation documentation Contribute to continuous improvement of security controls, procedures, and playbooks Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective security outcomes Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant qualification in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience: 3-5 years' experience in Security Operations, SOC, or Incident Response 3-5 years' experience in Vulnerability Management or Threat Analysis Experience working with Security Tooling, SIEM, and Endpoint Security solutions MSP, MSSP, or multi-client support experience advantageous Technical Skills: Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Purview Experience with security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Blumira, Petra, or similar technologies Strong understanding of network security fundamentals and threat investigation processes Identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, and Conditional Access Security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response methodologies Certifications (Advantageous): CompTIA Security+ CompTIA CySA+ ISC2 SSCP Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, AZ-900, AZ-104) Additional Requirements: Strong documentation and reporting skills Excellent communication and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure Fluent English (written and spoken) Valid driver's licence and reliable transport Apply now!
