Job Opportunity: IT Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Parktown, Gauteng (Onsite)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: R600 000 per annum (Medical Aid & Pension inclusive) + Performance Bonus

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing IT operations, driving service excellence, and building strong relationships across business and vendor environments.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance of IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, storage, cloud, enterprise systems).
Ensure reliability, security, and alignment of IT services with business needs.
Manage incident, problem, and change processes.
Enforce, refine, and implement SLAs/OLAs to ensure accountability.
Lead vendor and contract management, including negotiations and performance reviews.
Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align IT services with strategic goals.
Drive continuous improvement and provide clear communication on IT service performance.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager in infrastructure environments.
Formal qualification(s) in ITIL, ITSM, or related frameworks.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT Security.
Experience in managing SLAs/OLAs for both internal teams and external vendors.
Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship skills.
Change management experience and familiarity with transformation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in IT
IT Security & Infrastructure certifications (e.g., A+, N+, Security+).
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.

Working Hours: 08h00 – 16h30 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
