IT Service, Procurement and Assets Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Management of IT contracts.
Assist management with procurement of IT assets and services both hardware/software and ensure that valid invoices are paid on time.
Management of IT assets issued to employees for the performance of their duties.
Compile and post IT cross charges on a monthly basis before the closing date.
Administration of 3G cards and the Employee Tablet Scheme.
Management of IT Facilities.
Ensure that payments to service providers occur seamlessly - Facilitate tender and quotation processes.
Represent IT at Procurement committee.
Assist with Customer service requirements at the IT Service desk.
Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification

EXPERIENCE:

5 years’ experience in an IT environment that runs Microsoft Software and Applications.
Knowledge and experience in tender and quotation processes
