JOB SUMMARY:
Our prestigious client in Sandton, has an opportunity available for an IT Service, Procurement and Assets Specialist. This is a temporary assignment for 3 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification
5 years’ experience in an IT environment that runs Microsoft Software and Applications.
Knowledge and experience in tender and quotation processes
Ability to work under pressure
Must be knowledgeable about procurement processes and IT facilities.

Duties:

Management of IT contracts
Assist management with procurement of IT assets and services both hardware/software and ensure that valid invoices are paid on time
Compile and post IT cross charges on a monthly basis before the closing date
Management of IT Facilities
Facilitate tender and quotation processes
Engage with stakeholders and manage expectations
