SUMMARY:
A top-tier logistics company is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic head office team in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of our IT infrastructure, support critical business operations, and contribute to innovative solutions in the logistics industry.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and optimize all hardware, software, and network systems.
Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring data integrity and protection against threats.
Provide customized IT support across departments, both remotely and in-person.
Administer and develop Airtable and Softr platforms for business operations.
Perform complex system setups, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with operational goals.
Stay current with industry-specific technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Specialist (preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector).
Proficiency in Airtable and Softr applications.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, network administration, and cybersecurity protocols.
Ability to handle custom builds, configurations, and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
Relevant IT qualification or certification preferred.
