SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, leading support activities, providing technical assistance to users, and ensuring secure, reliable and efficient IT systems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily IT support operations and support staff. Provide first- and second-line technical support. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and servers. Monitor system performance, network stability and IT security. Manage IT assets, backups and security measures. Assist with system upgrades, installations and configurations. Support application development and system integrations. Maintain IT documentation and provide user training. Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 1 to 3 years experience in IT support, systems or network administration. Supervisory or coordination experience in IT will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of Windows\/Linux, Microsoft 365 and networking. Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work occasional night shifts.
