SUMMARY:
An established organisation is looking for a hands-on IT Support Administrator/Technician to take responsibility for its IT systems, infrastructure and technical support across Head Office and branches.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, networks and servers Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues Manage user accounts, access rights and IT security Support Sage Evolution, Sage VIP Payroll and other business systems Manage antivirus, firewalls, backups and IT infrastructure Conduct IT audits and ensure remedial actions are implemented Monitor and maintain CCTV systems Support IT procurement, projects and system implementations Maintain IT records and identify\/manage technology risks Provide technical support to branches and travel as required Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years' relevant IT support\/administration experience Relevant IT qualification Relevant software and\/or networking certification Knowledge of networking, servers, hardware and software Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage a broad IT environment If you have the technical expertise and hands-on approach required for this role, please forward your profile for consideration.
