POSITION INFO:
IT Support Technician Area; PTA Salary; Market Related R12 000 - R25 000 depending on experience Working hours; 8-5 Mondays to fridays Minimum Requirements Strong knowledge of: IT security solutions Hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers) Wired and wireless networking Windows 10\/11 and Microsoft Office Windows Server Third-party software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader)  Experience with asset management and call management.  Strong work ethic and willingness to stay up to date with technology. Quaifications Required  A+ and N+ certifications.  3-5 years'' IT support experience.  Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience\/training). KPI''s  Provide first-line IT support and ticket management.  Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot: Network infrastructure and cabling CCTV systems Computers, laptops, tablets, and iPads Printers and scanners Telephony systems Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and third-party software  Set up and manage email accounts.  Manage IT assets and equipment lifecycle.  Maintain IT documentation and complete administrative tasks.
