IT Support (Telecoms Focus)

SUMMARY:
Seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Internal IT Network and Desktop Support Technician (Telecoms focus) to ensure the smooth, reliable operation of our internal IT systems, supporting our head office and remote field operations team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical work experience and certifications
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk role
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, routing)
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and managing device deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to prioritize multiple service requests
