IT Systems & Application Analyst

SUMMARY:
A leading property management company based in East London is seeking an experienced IT Systems and Applications Analyst to support, optimise, and enhance enterprise systems across the business. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst with experience in ERP systems, application support, system integrations, and business process improvement.

The successful candidate will support and report to the Systems Manager, working closely with the Technical Team and business stakeholders to ensure IT applications effectively support operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise business applications, including ERP systems, accounting systems, CRM, HR systems, and other mission-critical platforms
• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Provide day-to-day systems support, troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolutions with vendors and internal IT teams
• Manage system upgrades, patches, configurations, and enhancements with minimal business disruption
• Support systems implementation projects, including testing, training, rollout, and post-implementation support
• Ensure data integrity, system controls, and secure system access across the group
• Support data integration, data migration, APIs, ETL tools, and reporting interfaces
• Deliver system training to users and support adoption of new technologies
• Review existing systems, interfaces, forms, and processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
• Assist with internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Design and support management reports and dashboards to inform business decision-making
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 application support for escalated helpdesk issues
• Liaise with external vendors, system developers, and stakeholders as required

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Commerce, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in IT systems analysis, application support, or systems administration
• Proven experience working with ERP systems and accounting systems
• Exposure to SQL, databases, reporting tools, and system integrations
• Experience in both project-based system implementations and BAU system support
• Strong understanding of business processes, finance systems, and internal controls
• Experience within property management, real estate, or asset management environments is advantageous
