JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an IT Team Lead. This role is responsible and accountable for all IT End User Computing (EUC) activities like review of the EUC service offerings, seeking to improve and increase user satisfaction and deliver an excellent user experience. Management of the EUC hardware and software estate, ensuring compliance, governance, version control, and clarity of purpose and use. Ensuring IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and to restore service to clients by managing incidents to resolution. Objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

Degree or High Education in relevant subject

ITIL Qualified
Microsoft Windows related, Apple MAC and CCNA
Expertise in End User Computing technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft SCCM, Windows, M365 Apps, MAC OS, IOS, Networking, file sharing.
Leadership role in a continuous improvement evolving the hardware and software and processes
Expertise in ITIL processes and industry best practice in service request and fulfilment
Leadership role in an organisation that relies on 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
Excellent leadership and people management experience
Used to working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Knowledge/Experience – desirable:

Experience of managing a team of direct reports and developing individuals.
Experience of working on projects and managing budgets
Experience of supporting a large organization and Senior Executive Teams.
