JOB SUMMARY:
Outsourced ICT Support Company with offices in Northcliff, seeks to employ an experienced IT Field Support Technician/Engineer with solid Office 365 support and Pastel Partner knowledge.

OWN VEHICLE ESSENTIAL as this role is client facing and requires travel to client sites. STRONG Communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Non-Negotiable experience:

Office 365 for corporate knowledge
Window Server Knowledge
Backup Knowledge
Laptop and Desktop hardware and software Knowledge
Mac OS Basic Knowledge
Basic Networking Knowledge
Printers and Scanning Knowledge
Pastel Partner Knowledge

Duties include the following:

Provide IT support for multiple clients
Office 365 Corporate support for multiple clients
Creating new users on Active Directory and Office 365 for multiple clients
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices for multiple clients
Check computer hardware to ensure functionality for multiple clients
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications for multiple clients
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems for multiple clients
Provide orientation and guidance to clients on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems for all IT related issues
Backup swaps and checks for multiple clients

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Microsoft Certifications (including 365)
Pastel Certifications
A+ , N+ Certification
3 Years’ experience in similar Role
Own Car and Drivers License
Strong inter-personal skills, preferably coupled with outgoing personality
Ability to build good working relationships
Possess well-developed communication skills
Adaptable & fast learner
Be honest and trustworthy
Have the ability to work accurately and under pressure
