SA's #1 Property Investment Group is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join their team!

A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license and transport (Petrol will be reimbursed per AA rates)
Needs to be trustworthy, confidential and reliable
2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
Mac OS knowledge & Extensive Windows knowledge
Google Workspace experience (mainly Google Drive, GMail & Google Sheets)
VoIP experience (3CX preferable)
MS Office Experience
WiFi Access point setup experience
Flexibility in working hours

Duties and responsibilities:

First tier support on all IT requests
New employee account creation & configuration
Identify equipment shortages
Research and generate competitive quotations for new equipment purchases
General Laptop hardware and software troubleshoot - Remote & Onsite support
Google Workspace support
Maintain and update file and folder permission sets
Onsite Conference support
Live Zoom Webinar support
3CX VoIP support
Detailed KPI reporting
Basic networking support (RJ45 crimping, Home router support, WiFi Access point support & setup)
