IT Technician - IGrow Wealth Investments

SA's #1 Property Investment Group is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join their team! 

A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and transport (Petrol will be reimbursed per AA rates)
• Needs to be trustworthy, confidential and reliable
• 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
• Mac OS knowledge & Extensive Windows knowledge
• Google Workspace experience (mainly Google Drive, GMail & Google Sheets)
• VoIP experience (3CX preferable)
• MS Office Experience
• WiFi Access point setup experience
• Flexibility in working hours

Duties and responsibilities:

• First tier support on all IT requests
• New employee account creation & configuration
• Identify equipment shortages
• Research and generate competitive quotations for new equipment purchases
• General Laptop hardware and software troubleshoot - Remote & Onsite support
• Google Workspace support
• Maintain and update file and folder permission sets
• Onsite Conference support
• Live Zoom Webinar support
• 3CX VoIP support
• Detailed KPI reporting
• Basic networking support (RJ45 crimping, Home router support, WiFi Access point support & setup)
