JOB SUMMARY:
An IT Technician / Manager with a Diploma in Information Technology or Computer or Electronic Engineering and ± 3 years’ supervisory experience in IT operations at a large company is being sought for a position in the Western Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Interested candidates should have the appropriate computing / network certification (A+, N+, MCSE, MCITP) and specialised knowledge of server set-up and maintenance, MS databases and Office 365, video conferencing facilities, SAP ERP system (±2 years), networking, helpdesk support and user training.

Must be attentive to details, have excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to produce accurate reports.
