IT/Managed Services Team Assistant

We are looking for a Team Assistant that is an energetic professional who doesn''t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and able to work independently with little supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities / Task:
• Assisting in call assignment, tracking, and updating in Ticketing System
• Engaging with technical resources to follow up on stale cases – get down the number of stale cases (open cases per client)
• Compile management reports for some of the team leads - other internal reporting.
• Drive internal projects - following up on tasks and targets/deadlines
• Eye for reports that are sent to clients, probably check grammar and formatting more than content
• Help with deployment tasks – more technical than the project management team, but still not a technical task as such
• Organising documentation – we have lots of documentation that needs to be maintained
• Review and assist in publishing/standardizing Standard Operating Procedures from the Team Leads

Skills Experience / Personal Skills
• Some technical knowledge of computer systems. Potentially diploma or some practical work experience
• Strong MS Office experience
• Very detailed ogranisation skills; project management experience will be Beneficial
• Results orientated
• Strong communication skills with a level of confidence
