JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, in the financial services sector, and a leading independent provider of credit solutions, is recruiting someone to manage efficient implementations, field support and consulting services to PeopleWare clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Business management degree / certification will be advantageous
Certifications relating to payroll industry will be advantageous

Minimum experience:

Relevant experience in Service, Consulting, testing and Project management
In-depth understanding of the customer services model and of the customers’ business environment.
In-depth knowledge of PeopleWare, Payroll and Time management.
At least 5 years’ experience in General management Finance, (budget and cost) and people.
Good understanding of the PeopleWare services in various industries.
In depth understanding of projects and how to implement and manage them.
Proficiency in the Accsys Tools:
- Service Desk Software (e.g., Simplicity)
- Internal systems (e.g., Resonance & Wave)
- Navision
