Implementation Developer

POSITION INFO:
An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Developer to join its Rapid Response Team (RRT). This team handles technical enhancements, move\/add\/change requests, and urgent fixes for existing document processing applications. Most work involves smaller‑scope changes that require a deep understanding of workflows, data processing logic, and system behaviour. Developers work closely with operational teams, manage their own workload in a sprint‑based setup, and respond quickly to high‑priority issues when needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance existing document processing applications. Implement move\/add\/change requests (typically 3-20 hours). Modify workflows, templates, and page objects using CCM and scripting tools. Investigate and resolve complex data and workflow issues. Respond to urgent blocker tickets and restore processing quickly. Perform development testing and support UAT. Work within weekly sprints while managing tasks independently. Collaborate closely with senior developers and operational teams. Required: Experience with Document Composition \/ CCM platforms (e.g. Sefas, Exstream, or similar). Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages. Experience in Linux\/Unix environments. Strong understanding of data processing and formats (XML, CSV, fixed‑width, etc.). Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems. Professional Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities and shifting workloads. Comfortable working independently in a sprint‑based environment. Clear and effective communicator. Ideal Candidate: Curious, detail‑oriented problem‑solver.
