SUMMARY:
About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Partner Specialist to support solution onboarding through third-party partners. This role connects internal teams with external partners to ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to best practices, and strong client results.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for implementation partners, managing communication and expectations

Oversee project timelines, milestones, and resource coordination
Provide onboarding, training, and documentation to partners
Ensure implementation quality and compliance with standards
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, customer success, tech)
Track and report on partner performance and client satisfaction
Improve processes, tools, and playbooks for scalability
Engage proactively with clients to align partner efforts with strategic goals
Build strong stakeholder relationships with aligned partners
Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on program impact
Review and refine legal frameworks to protect partner and client relationships

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Tech, or Social Development
5+ years in partner management, implementation, or project coordination
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to thrive independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred:

Experience in partner ecosystems or consultancy-based implementations
Technical background or software deployment experience
Project management certification (PMP, ScrumMaster)
