Implementation Specialist (Quadient Inspire – Former GMC) (Remote)

POSITION INFO:
ENVIRONMENT: A global leader in Customer Engagement Tech seeks a highly skilled Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for document composition development using Quadient\/Inspire (former GMC) platform. You will also develop and support custom programs for data validation and automation tools using C# and MS PowerShell while designing and testing program logic, program documentation, and release for computer operations. The ideal candidate must be able to think quickly and resolve issues as they arise, have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 3 years relevant work experience including proficiency with Quadient Inspire (former GMC), Windows PowerShell, C# & SQL.   DUTIES: ·        Design, develop and maintain applications for complex projects utilizing Quadient Inspire (former GMC). ·        Program, test, and troubleshoot workflows. ·        Set up master workflows to support Document Template design using Inspire Interactive. ·        Develop and maintain custom data parsing scripts data validation using C# and PowerShell. ·        Assist with data file analysis and help PM in customer’s onboarding process. ·        Knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures and functions. ·        Define Omni Channel outputs. ·        Responsible for projects live deployment and production acceptance. ·        Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and ways to standardize data processing. ·        Assist in resolving inquiries related to input\/output and intended data usage. ·        Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to data processing for existing setups. ·        Follow established department and companywide guidelines for implementation, testing and deployment. ·        Contribute to the upkeep and consistency of internal documentation related to issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training. ·        Other duties may be assigned after successful integration.   REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications – ·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience will be an asset.   Experience\/Skills – ·        Minimum of three years of experience in related field. ·        3+ Years of relevant experience using Quadient Inspire (former GMC). ·        Working knowledge of Windows PowerShell. ·        Solid understanding of system integration and API configurations. ·        Proficiency in C# development for creating custom solutions and enhancing existing software functionalities. ·        Familiarity with SQL. ·        Experience using a wide range of data structures, including xml.   ATTRIBUTES: ·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
