Job Description: Implementer\/Specialist - Document Management & Digital Certificate System Job Title: Implementer\/Specialist - Document Management & Digital Certificate System Job Purpose The Implementer\/Specialist is responsible for configuring, deploying, integrating, supporting, and optimizing the Document Management and Digital Certificate System. The role ensures the solution aligns with business requirements and delivers efficient document lifecycle management and digital certification capabilities. Key Responsibilities System Implementation Configure and deploy the Document Management and Digital Certificate System. Implement workflows, security settings, user roles, metadata structures, and document retention schedules. Perform system customization and configuration based on business requirements. Technical Support and Integration Integrate the solution with existing enterprise applications and platforms. Support data migration, document indexing, and records management activities. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Testing and Quality Assurance Conduct system testing and validation activities. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure solution performance, security, and compliance standards are met. Training and Documentation Develop user guides and technical documentation. Conduct system training for users and administrators. Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer. Minimum Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Records Management, or related field. Relevant Document Management System certifications advantageous. Experience Minimum 3-7 years' experience implementing or supporting Document Management Systems or Enterprise Content Management solutions. Experience with digital records management, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation. Experience with data migration and system integrations. Technical Skills Document Management Systems (DMS). Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Workflow automation tools. SQL databases. API integrations. Records and information management principles. Digital certificate management systems. Competencies Technical troubleshooting. Attention to detail. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Customer service orientation. Communication and collaboration skills.
