JOB SUMMARY:
Well established company based in the Sandton Area are looking for an Import Administrator with Exp in Sea and Air freight

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Experience in a supply chain environment is ideal.
4 years of freight experience. (Sea & Air)
Must know Incoterms 2020.
Computer literate, with a high level of proficiency in the use of inventory management systems such as SAP.
Knowledge with Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
Ability to multitask and manage numerous jobs at the same time.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Flexibility and endurance, as well as the capacity to meet deadlines.

The Role:

Responsible for taking client orders and handling them all the way through planning and shipment using planning scenarios.
See that consumer orders are filled.
Create opportunities for cost-cutting, price reductions, and better operating procedures.
In charge of contacting suppliers for order management and other commercial inquiries.
Have to assist with short supply or incorrect supply of goods.
