JOB SUMMARY:
One of our client based in Johannesburg South has an exciting opportunity available for an Inbound Team Leader. Someone who puts customer experience, people development and continuous improvement first in their approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our team leaders use their analytical & leadership skills to plan for success, coach and mentor others according to individual needs, and lead by example. To be successful you will be able to make sound decisions whilst under pressure and continuously push for improvement and growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

Demonstrate strong and competent leadership skills in managing a highly skilled team with at times conflicting personalities
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to achieve performance targets and to reach their full potential
Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations
Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed

Ideally, you will:

Be highly motivated and have skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead the team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees
Have a passion for developing an inclusive, high functioning culture
