Qualifications:

Mechanical/Industrial or Chemical Engineering Degree
Technical College Education
At least 3 years in lubricant industry

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office.
CRM (Salesforce)
Effective Time Management Skills
Work well in a Team
Systematic Approach and Analytical Skills
Coaching and Facilitation
Negotiations
Sales Opportunity Identification
Lubricant Product, Lubricant Application and Lubrication Technical Services Knowledge
Able to travel long distances

Duties:

Grow volume sales of flagship and premium products.
Introduce/Communicate and Implement Marketing and Sales Promotion to the Customers
Identify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers.
Identify and secure product upgrade opportunities
Update salesforce with effective pipeline
Weekly pipeline presentation and reporting
Maintain and support existing customers
Monthly reporting on Wins, losses, Price Benchmarking
Benefit report
New and major PES account development
Manage Customer Account and Debtors
Assist with collections
Daily reports suck as back orders, dispatched not invoiced
Resolve customer complaints and follow up on NCR’s
Develop individual account strategies in support of your sales goals
