SUMMARY:
As a Supply Chain Consultant, I am looking for candidates prepared to embark on their next career move.

POSITION INFO:
Do you develop and implement strategic plans for the optimization of the supply chain operations to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction?

Do You...?:

Lead and deliver industrial engineering projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Analyse workflows, production processes, and resource allocation to implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Junior Engineers and operational staff.
Drive measurable improvements in throughput, cost savings, and overall operational excellence.

Do You Have...?:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master’s advantageous).
Minimum 7–10 years proven experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders across all business levels.
