SUMMARY:
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER with FMCG, Food Processing or Abattoir Industry experience -

East Rand, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER with FMCG, Food Processing or Abattoir Industry experience
* Batchelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Field
* Minimum 5 Years' experience in Industrial Engineering or
Process Optimization
* May Require to work in Cold or Regulated areas
* Willing to work overtime, if and when required
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
* Able to communicate in Afrikaans & English
Advantage, but not Mandatory
* Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
* Certification in Food Safety Systems (HCCP, ISO 22000)
* Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP or equivalent)
* Training in Data Analysis Tools (e.g. Excel Advanced, Power BI)

Duties:
* Systems & Process Management
* Data Analysis & Reporting
* Production Planning Support
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - work with Operations,
Maintenance, QA & Logistics Teams
* Train Staff on Systems & Process adherence
