A Global Industrial Flooring Solutions Company is seeking a Qualified Industrial Flooring Project Manager / Site Agent to join their team in East Rand Area.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:- Degree\/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within construction at a flooring Applications Company Strong knowledge of industrial flooring systems and construction processes Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear Communication and satisfaction throughout the project. Team leadership: Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and compliance with specifications. Risk Management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies. Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management.
