SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing sound IR service to the company.

POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES

All IR functions, including disciplinary hearings
Ensuring Company policies and procedures are applied
Facilitate, develop and conduct IR training and other IR processes such as Conflict Management
Establishing employment equity structures and monitoring targets
Advise on IR and legal issues
Facilitating incapacity and poor work performance procedures
Attend disciplinary enquiries
Attend meetings, negotiate and liaise with Unions
Travel to Branches to attend to IR matters when required

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant qualification
Minimum 5 years IR experience and chairing hearings
Sound knowledge of and ability to interpret labour legislation, LRA, BCEA etc
Willing to travel
Experience in manufacturing and industrialized environment
