SUMMARY:
My client who are expanding are currently looking for a Information Systems Manager for their new division. Successful candidate must be ambitious and ready to lead the team in that new division. This will be a strategic role and it also comes with a performance bonus

POSITION INFO:

Description:

National responsibility for administration of all IT systems, support functions, related IT infrastructure and IT expenditure. Manage LAN/WAN network architecture and technology. Overview management of main business system hardware and software, management of IT staff, and advancement of any IT projects. Implement best practices and adhere to company policy. Recommend and implement an IT Strategy to ensure the company’s IT investment continues to meet the company’s business requirements.

Education:

B Sc. Computer Science, B. Com Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.

Skills:

5 years IT Management and related experience.
2-year IT related tertiary qualification.
Knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory on Server 2008/2012.
Knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle databases.
Knowledge of SQL Query language and administration of databases.
Knowledge of Local and Wide Area networking.
Knowledge of Virtual Computing - VM Ware and Hyper-V.
2 to 3 years Knowledge of PeopleSoft (JD Edwards) ERP system
- 2 to 3 experience administering MS Exchange 2008/2012
- Knowledge of Oracle 10g RDBMS system
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing
