We're looking for driven sales professionals who know how to win in the trade and build lasting customer relationships. Who are we looking for: A detail-driven MIS Executive with advanced Excel skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You'll support our Sales team through accurate reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis, helping drive smarter business decisions in a fast-paced environment. What will you do: Prepare, maintain and analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales reports Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making Collect, validate and consolidate sales data from the Sales team Follow up regularly with the Sales team to ensure timely submission of reports and accurate data Perform data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel functions to identify trends and insights Generate presentations and reports for management using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality across all reports Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues Support management with ad hoc reports and analytical requirements What will you need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Sales Coordinator, Data Analyst, or in a similar reporting role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Slicers IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX-MATCH Data Validation and Conditional Formatting Basic dashboards and report automation Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Strong follow-up and coordination skills with sales teams and other stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
