SUMMARY:
To plan, lead, coordinate and successfully deliver complex information technology and digital projects across 4Racing, ensuring that technology solutions are implemented within the approved scope, budget, timelines, quality and governance requirements and delivers the intended business and customer outcomes.

POSITION INFO:
The role provides end-to-end project management across the full IT project lifecycle, including project initiation, business requirements, solution implementation, systems integration, vendor management, testing, user acceptance, deployment, change management, stabilisation and project closure. The IT Project Manager works collaboratively across all business functions to translate business requirements into successful technology-enabled solutions. The role supports the delivery of technology initiatives across 4Racing''s horseracing, betting, online gaming, retail betting, digital and corporate environments, including systems implementations, application development, integrations, infrastructure-related projects, digital platforms, data initiatives, cybersecurity projects, technology upgrades and business process automation. The role is accountable for ensuring that technology projects are effectively governed, risks and dependencies are actively managed, stakeholders remain aligned, suppliers perform against contractual commitments, and implemented solutions are fit for purpose, secure, scalable and operationally sustainable.
